PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION
“Personally Identifiable Information” (“PII”) refers to any information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact, or locate an individual, including — but not limited to — name, address, phone number, fax number, e-mail address, financial profile, national ID, credit card information, and other sensitive data. PII does not include anonymous or demographic data not linked to an identified individual.
What We Collect:
From all Visitors, we may collect basic profile information. From Authorized Customers, we may collect additional data, such as: name, address, phone number, IP address, and e-mail address.
Who Collects It:
In addition to data collected directly by us, third-party service vendors (such as lenders, insurance brokers, title companies, or other real estate service providers) working with us may collect this information from Visitors and Authorized Customers. While we do not control how these third parties use your information, we request that they disclose their use policies. Some may only act as intermediaries and not store or retain your information.

USE OF INFORMATION
We use PII to: Customize the Site experience;Offer appropriate services; Fulfill requests to buy, sell, rent, or manage properties; Contact Visitors or Authorized Customers in response to inquiries; Provide information related to services, opportunities, or broader real estate offerings. We may also email Visitors and Authorized Customers about research, property, rental or investment opportunities, or other relevant services.

SHARING INFORMATIONPII will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
We may share PII and other relevant information with: Our employees; Third-party service providers or partners assisting us in operations (e.g. vendors, management teams, maintenance, property services); Other service providers involved in real estate transactions (e.g. lenders, title companies, insurance brokers) when evaluating potential business transactions. Aggregated, non-identifying demographic data with affiliated agencies or third-party vendors to aid in business operations and analytics. We also provide the option to “opt out” of being contacted by us or our vendors.
All employees, agents, third-party service providers, and partners are contractually bound to use PII solely for the purposes defined in our Services and not for other uses. We may disclose information if required by law — for example, during legal proceedings, compliance with court orders, or requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities. We cooperate fully with such authorities when legal or security issues arise.

DATA STORAGE & SECURITY
PII collected by Keystone Property Management is stored securely according to current industry standards. Access is restricted to a limited number of qualified employees who use password-protected accounts. We regularly audit our security systems and use encryption protocols to protect sensitive data transmitted over the Internet.

That said, no system can guarantee 100% security. While we take commercially reasonable steps to protect user data, electronic communications and databases remain vulnerable to tampering, breaches, or errors. We cannot guarantee or warrant that such events will never occur, and we will not be liable for unauthorized access beyond our control.
UPDATING & DELETING YOUR INFORMATION
Visitors and Authorized Customers may request updates or corrections to their PII at any time by emailing us. We encourage everyone to keep their information current. Requested changes will apply going forward — we cannot guarantee retroactive changes to information already provided to third parties.
You may also request that we delete or deactivate your PII from our database. We will handle this request, though due to backups and record-keeping, some residual information may remain. We will not share deactivated information outside our business line and will treat it as effectively deleted.
We do not discriminate against anyone choosing to exercise their privacy rights (for example, opting out, requesting deletion, or opting out of communications). We will continue to offer services fairly and without differentiation for those requests, as required by law.

USE OF COOKIES & LOG-IN DATA
We use cookies on the Site to: Learn about visitor preferences and settings; Help manage user session security — especially for Authorized Customers; Retain user preferences when a Visitor becomes an Authorized Customer, such as search history or service preferences. We may also collect log-in data (e.g. IP address, ISP, browser type) to analyze site usage, trends, and demographic data, help with site administration, and improve user experience.

VENDORS & THIRD-PARTY ACCESS
We partner with third-party vendors (for maintenance, leasing, property services, mortgage lenders, title companies, insurance brokers, etc.) who may receive certain PII — only as needed for service eligibility and service fulfillment. We do not control their use policies, but we require they handle data lawfully and disclose their own privacy practices. We may also disclose PII when required by law (court orders, subpoenas, or requests from law enforcement or regulatory bodies). We cooperate fully with any lawful request.

CHILDREN & MINORS Our Site and Services are not intended for use by minors. If we receive information indicating a user is under 18, we will treat that as accidental and delete the data as soon as possible — especially for children under 13.

EXTERNAL LINKS
Our Site may contain links to other websites. Once you leave pmkeystone.com, this Privacy Policy no longer applies — those external websites may have different privacy practices. We encourage you to review their policies separately.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
By using our Site or Services, you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy, which is governed by the laws of the state of Pennsylvania, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes not subject to binding arbitration will be resolved in the courts of Pennsylvania (or the U.S. District Court for Pennsylvania, as applicable). You and the Company waive any objections to venue or inconvenient forum. This Agreement does not bind you to the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Finally — any law that would require construing a contract against the drafter does not apply here.
